2. To cancel an order, go to My Orders on your account and select Cancel Order, or contact our customer support at support@cardorashop.com.

1. Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be canceled.
2. Certain promotional or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

3. Refund Process

1. Once the cancellation is confirmed, refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
2. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
