1. Returns & Eligibility

  1. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.
  3. Certain items such as intimate wear, personal care products, and clearance/sale items are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  1. We currently allow size or color exchanges (subject to availability).
  2. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
