1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
- Certain categories such as intimate wear, personal care items, and customized products are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

- Our team will provide instructions for return shipping.

3. Refund/Exchange
- Approved returns will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit, processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
