1. Eligibility for Returns

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Items purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  4. Certain categories such as intimate wear, personal care items, and customized products are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@mayastylez.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide instructions for return shipping.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll confirm the status of your return.

3. Refund/Exchange

  1. Approved returns will be eligible for a refund to the original payment method or store credit, processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. Exchanges are possible for size or color, subject to availability.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
